Audio: Digital Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound

In this video guide, we explore the world of surround sound and Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround. We start with the various Surround and Extended Surround Sound Formats and in the walk throughs demonstrate how to create multi-channel Surround Sound audio from 2-channel Stereo clips. We also show you how to vary the distribution of sound from the various channels e.g. make the dialogs appear from the front center channel, while distributing the music from the remaining front and rear speakers and the sub woofer.
